Placing your first order on Savana Host is easy. Just follow the steps below to get started.
1. Log In to Your Client Area
Go to https://savanahost.com and click on Client Area. Enter your email and password to access your dashboard.
2. Click "Order New Services"
Inside your client dashboard, click Order New Services to browse all available hosting plans and services.
3. Choose a Hosting Plan
Select the service that fits your needs:

Shared Hosting

VPS Hosting

Dedicated Servers
Click Order Now on your chosen plan.
4. Configure Your Hosting Package

Select your billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.)

Add any optional extras (e.g., SSL, daily backups)

Choose your domain option (register a new domain, transfer, or use an existing one).
5. Domain Settings
For new domain registrations, you can enable ID Protection and manage DNS settings.
6. Review and Checkout
Review your order, apply any promo codes, and click Checkout to proceed.
7. Payment
Select your payment method (M-Pesa, Card, PayPal, etc.), agree to the Terms of Service, and complete your payment.

Your service will be activated once payment is confirmed. You will also receive a confirmation email with your hosting details.
